Coex Division

This division has manufacturing facilities located at located at (a) Faridabad, (b) Greater Noida, industrial cities near the Indian capital, New Delhi, and (c) Ranjangaon, near Pune, not very far from the commercial capital Mumbai, and is engaged in the manufacture of Coextruded Sheets and Films. The Faridabad unit houses two multilayer sheet lines, as well as two co-extruded multilayer cast film manufacturing lines. 2 Sheet lines and a thermoforming line ech are installed at Greater Noida and at Ranjangaon.

Xpro extruded products are based on a variety of polymers and are tailor-made to meet specific customer requirements with applications restricted only by imagination. The product offering includes a wide range of mono-layer and co-extruded plastic sheets for wide-spread use.

The cast co-extruded films produced are primarily speciality products besides Cast Polypropylene Films.

Since its inception, the unit has established itself as the leading source in India for both Co-extruded Plastic Sheets and Speciality Cast Co-extruded Films, and has built up a client base encompassing leading Indian and Multi-national units.

The laboratories at the plants are equipped with all the necessary apparatus for testing of raw material and finished goods. Some of these have been designed in conjunction with raw material suppliers for specialized tests for which no ASTM standards exist.

The unit at Faridabad is accredited with ISO9001-2000 certification for it's manufacturing and related activities.

Multilayer Cast Film Extrusion

XPRO Cast Films are produced on sophisticated coextrusion lines from Battenfeld. XPRO offers a wide range of thickness ranging from 15 to 250 microns and widths upto 2000 mm.

Our lines are equipped with in-line contactless type thickness measurement equipment from Indev and Eurotherm for measurement and feedback for process control. The lines are also equipped with the facilities of inline surface finish modification / embossing and Sherman & Pillar corona treaters for surface treatment.

XPRO has been continuously undertaking development of new film applications and has been pioneer in development of Release Films, Soft Blister Films, Hygiene Films and cast PP films in India.

Coextruded Sheet Extrusion

Coextruded Sheets are produced on state of the art and most sophisticated sheet lines. These lines have Cloeren / EDI dies and Feed Blocks and are equipped with all the essential equipments for Temperature Control to control shrinkage, Cutters and Winders to provide option of cut sheets or rolls.

The lines can produce sheets from 0.2 mm to 7 mm thickness and upto 1500 mm width in polymers such as PS, PP, ABS, PE etc.

Facility of on line surface finish modification / embossing is also available.
